i have a friend in ghana who has crypto worth 20k they told her to open a account she says she cant do that
because she is a american citizen there. does the person who is holding her crypto cant they exchange it into bitcoin and wire her
the money some other way.is there other options she has to receive her money (thanx ben

She can always send her coins to Coinbase and cash out or to a crypto trading site like uphold. I had a lot of ripple a while back and couldn't cash out with Coinbase. I opened an account with uphold and cashed out easily.
